  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
  • Collaborate with dentists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Build rapport with patients to ensure a comfortable experience.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A qualification in Oral Health Therapy and current registration.
  • Passion for promoting oral health awareness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach.
Receptionist (Part-Time)

We are looking for a warm and organized individual to be the face of our clinic and assist with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist patients with inquiries and appointments.
  • Manage scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with patients.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of D4W (Dental4Windows) software is an advantage; training will be provided if needed.
  • Opportunity for growth as a practice manager after some time.
